10 min running vs 10 min kapalbhati which is more helpful

Both running and kapalbhati are different from each other.


In running your whole body comes in movement but Kapalbhati we do in sitting posture and it brings movement in our belly and nose muscles and air gets pumped in lungs.

Running will develop your whole body but Kapalbhati will help develop some part of body and mind.

Also it is advisable to consider your health condition:-

• Get proper consultation from a doctor before practise.

•As we all know Precaution is better than cure.

•Practise these only if you are well.
