How To apply for a job in IT Company(e.g.Infosys ltd) as a fresher????

It is a big challenge for a fresher other than from a tier 1 and tier 2 college to find a job in this competitive era. If you are looking for a job then please go through the whole article may be it will be helpful for you and if you are looking for a job in an IT company for your siblings, son, daughter then also it will be useful for you and will be useful for others to whom you share this article. How to apply?

There are several ways you can  apply to different companies:-

• There are several placement drive happens in different colleges which are open to all for that you can visit the colleges official page on facebook or even you can directly visit the colleges official website (disclaimer:sometimes the news is not updated on the website it takes time to upload the information, better you visit both the pages.) and call at the placement officer of that college whether students from other colleges can be able to participate in the drive or not? They are very polite and will provide with all the necessary information regarding the drive. These are free so go for it.

• Today colleges are also looking to make more placement records so that more students will take admission next year. You can visit your colleges official website or look on the notice board regularly so that you can not miss any of the drives going on. In my case I missed two of them due to I went for the SSB interview at Allahabad. Make sure you are more serious about placement else these stories are not for you. 

• Don't be lazy to travel to distant places for placement who knows you are one among all who is going to be selected.

• Visit the official websites of different companies, go to Careers portal and sign up you will be able to receive the openings directly from them, they will ask you to complete the profile and upload the RESUME. In my case I had applied for several companies careers portal, one day the HR of the company called me directly telling the companies name and asked to join the company on the immediate basis but I was not able to join in December as our colleges semester exam was going on he also asked for the degree but how someone can furnish the degree without passing from college? then he told you have good profile also you have done training in Embedded System and IOT.
