Today I am going to explain how to prepare Service Agreement for Infosys Which is very confusing in itself and if you are not aware about the stuffs then You will end up spending extra money on It.
Points to keep in mind
(1)For the Service Agreement if you go to any regional court and ask to any lawyer for the Service agreement, they will ask money around Rs1500-2000, So I will say don't even roam around them...They are ruthless people they will ask whatever knowing that You don't Know anything.
(2)You Can do these small stuffs yourself and it will add You a new skill of legal knowledge which will come handy in your future if you feel getting trapped in some legal situation.
(3)Go to nearest Court and ask anybody whether where you can get stamp paper, It comes with different pricing, But for infosys it needs of Rs 200(As You will not be able to get stamp paper of Rs 200, get two stamp paper of cost Rs 100 each). You can get a digital stamp paper of Rs 200 from income tax office also of whatever amount. As there you get very little space to write the content of service Agreement So Take Rs 100 each and produce the remaining content in the next pages.
(3)In all the pages plese mention the spaces for the signature of company, Engineer(Yourself), Surety(guardian).
(4)For notarization(notary) if you getting done in less money then good, else leave it, You will get time during induction to be done in merely Rs 100
